Your personal details are safe with Only the beginning and will under NO circumstances be disclosed, exchanged or sold, unless ordered by a court of law.  

 

Exchange

Your satisfaction is very important to us.

If you are not 100% happy with your purchase please contact us as quickly as possible. 

We will exchange your item to another size or colour (if available), let you chose something else from our collection, convert your purchase to a gift card or simply return the money.

All we ask is that the item is unused and with labels intact. 

Packaging and postage costs for returning unwanted item/s (and resending new items) must be paid by the customer.

 

Damaged goods

When your order leaves our shop everything is carefully packed in plastic bags and heavy duty envelopes.

We are unfortunately unable to take responsibility for loss or damage of goods in transit.

We therefore highly recommend you to choose *registered post as method of shipping

However  we encourage you to contact us if you should ever receive a faulty item.

 

*Registered Post

When you are sending items of value or importance within Australia or internationally, Registered Post gives you an added level of security.

*Registered Post gives you:

• Proof that the article was sent (when lodged at the post office counter)

   

• Proof that the article was received - a signature is obtained on delivery

   

• A unique identification number for every article

   

• Compensation for loss or damage of the article up to $100 for a standard registered delivery.
